Position Details

What you will do:

  • Lead the exploration, preparation, interpretation and integration of both internal and external data to meet requirements of marketing data governance
  • Maintain and improve automation and efficiencies of the Marketing Analytics Datamart
  • Lead the Marketing Analytics Datamart migration project from SAS to SQL server
  • Streamline, automate and write high quality code that is easy to understand, well documented and repeatable
  • Maintain all marketing analytical tools and models, and propose redevelopment plan as required
  • Explore new analytics opportunities and investigate, acquire and implement new special analytics capabilities
  • Develop new predictive/ML models using internal and external data sources
  • Participate in IT and SAP meetings and lead the User Acceptance Testing
  • Provide consulting services to business clients to assist their understanding of analytical tools and models

 

Who You Are:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Commerce, or Analytics
  • 8+ years of experience in database marketing and SAS/SQL programming
  • Minimum 2 years of team management
  • SAS Certified Advanced Programmer (SAS 9)
  • Expertise in data management/governance in SAS or SQL server, SAS Macro and routines automation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Power BI
  • Familiarity with data mining techniques, customer profiling and modelling
