About Us

Our drivers (Tow Truck Drivers & Battery Assist) put our members first every day. We provide a service experience that you do not get anywhere else. As a driver at CAA Club Group of companies, you will attend Emergency Road Service calls that includes battery boosting, flat tires, lockouts, gas, extrications, and tows. While on the scene, you will perform basic troubleshooting and do your best to get the member going.  Breakdowns happen all throughout the year which means our Tow Truck Drivers go above and beyond for our members and work in the good, the bad, and the ugly weather. We provide top of the line safety gear to keep you protected from the elements and highly visible. Full time and Part time opportunities available.

Position Details

Position Details

Duties include:

  • Battery testing & installing new car batteries

  • Minor automotive repairs & tire changes

  • Unlocking vehicles

  • Extrications and towing

  • Other duties as required

 

Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Automotive mechanical knowledge is an asset

  • Experience battery testing and replacing car batteries an asset

  • Knowledge of the city of Winnipeg, and rural geography of Manitoba

  • Ability to work in extreme weather; heavy lifting required

  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills.

  • Valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to club standards
