Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Provide knowledgeable, effective and efficient customer service to clients in person at the Sudbury location, offering insurance advice, processing policy changes and entering changes directly into the insurance computer system.
  • Achieve sales goals by working within department standards and ensuring quality customer service.
  • In conjunction with supervisors and other retail team members, you will provide input during team meetings, coordinate local area events, and contribute to various projects to offer assistance.

 

Who You Are

  • 3 years Insurance sales experience
  • Active OTL license is a requirement
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, and/or working towards CIP designation is an asset
