Position Details

What You Will Do

• Provide knowledgeable, effective and efficient customer service to clients, offering insurance advice, processing policy changes and entering changes directly into the insurance computer system.
• Achieve sales goals by working within department standards and ensuring quality customer service.
• In conjunction with supervisors and other retail team members, you will provide input during team meetings, coordinate local area events, and contribute to various projects to offer assistance.

You must be flexible to work various shifts within the Call Centre Hours
Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 7:30pm
Saturday (once a month) - 10am to 2pm 

Who You Are

• 3 years Insurance sales experience
• Must hold an active general insurance license for the Maritimes
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Post-secondary education in a related field, and/or working towards CIP designation is an asset
