Position Details


What You Will Do

  • Send Application packages to clients via email/mail
  • Complete and send correspondence to clients, legal representatives and other interested parties
  • Correspond with vendors for scheduling of Insurer Examinations
  • Provide department support by matching mail for claims files, distribution and response of department voicemail messages and maintenance of department software
  • Payment of invoices as directed by adjusters and leadership
  • New Claims set-up

 
 
What You Have

  • Post- secondary education is required and/or working towards CIP designation would be preferred 
  • Minimum of 1 year claims experience or experience working within the health care industry
  • Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong organizational and time management skills coupled with strong decision-making skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office platform
