Position Details
What You Will Do
- Send Application packages to clients via email/mail
- Complete and send correspondence to clients, legal representatives and other interested parties
- Correspond with vendors for scheduling of Insurer Examinations
- Provide department support by matching mail for claims files, distribution and response of department voicemail messages and maintenance of department software
- Payment of invoices as directed by adjusters and leadership
- New Claims set-up
What You Have
- Post- secondary education is required and/or working towards CIP designation would be preferred
- Minimum of 1 year claims experience or experience working within the health care industry
- Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
- Strong organizational and time management skills coupled with strong decision-making skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office platform
