Position Details

Our claims team is looking for a Property Adjuster who will be responsible for:

What you will do:

  • Full investigation, evaluation, analysis, negotiation and settlement of Property damage claims
  • Conduct claim investigations which include taking phone statements, coordinating services with service providers, consulting with contractors and vendors, etc.
  • Evaluate liability, salvage and subrogation exposure and potential
  • Review and analyze losses to ensure files meet the guideline criteria and determine proper kind of loss
  • Maintain adequate reserves based on exposure and authority level
  • General support of claims area and special projects as required


Who you are:

  • 1-2 years experience in a Claims environment
  • An educational background including relevant post-secondary education
  • CIP designation or working towards a CIP designation
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills are essential
  • Career minded individuals whom have demonstrated a career path
