Position Details

 

Supporting Senior Vice President of Claims and Distribution, the Executive Assistant, will drive the following:

 

What you will do:

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence (email, memos, letters and forms)
  • Reconcile and submit expense reports
  • Schedule meetings and co-ordinate calendars
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Liaise with Executive Assistants to handle requests from senior leaders
  • Regular preparation of reports
  • Modifying presentations when provided direction
  • First point of contact for Associates with LOB inquiries; monitor the LOB email box to respond to inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Assist with coordinating and planning of external and internal business events
  • Assist various LOB's with administrative tasks surrounding onboarding of new Associates  

 

Who you are:

  • Post secondary degree/diploma in relative field of study
  • Minimum 5 years experience of providing executive administrative services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Visio 
  • Customer service experience
  • Must have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Event organization experience is a strong asset
