Position Details
Supporting Senior Vice President of Claims and Distribution, the Executive Assistant, will drive the following:
What you will do:
- Prepare and distribute correspondence (email, memos, letters and forms)
- Reconcile and submit expense reports
- Schedule meetings and co-ordinate calendars
- Make travel arrangements
- Liaise with Executive Assistants to handle requests from senior leaders
- Regular preparation of reports
- Modifying presentations when provided direction
- First point of contact for Associates with LOB inquiries; monitor the LOB email box to respond to inquiries from internal and external customers
- Assist with coordinating and planning of external and internal business events
- Assist various LOB's with administrative tasks surrounding onboarding of new Associates
Who you are:
- Post secondary degree/diploma in relative field of study
- Minimum 5 years experience of providing executive administrative services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Visio
- Customer service experience
- Must have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Event organization experience is a strong asset
