Position Details

What you will do:

The QA Specialist is a subject matter expert and possesses technical management:

  • Lead the build and execution of the QA programs
  • Perform quality and technical evaluations on technical insurance professionals
  • Perform trend analysis, identify performance gaps and quality improvement opportunities
  • Create and Lead QA Alignment & Calibration meetings, facilitate QA Training and Support
  • Create, update and maintain QA evaluation forms & guides and project documents
  • Design, produce and deliver QA results and reports

 

 Who you are:

  • 10 + years’ of comprehensive Travel Medical Underwriting experience or a combination of with 5 -10 years of experience in Quality Assurance 
  • Post-Secondary diploma/degree or CIP designation, or equivalent combination of education and business industry experience as an equivalent
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office product suite, Data Analysis & Trending
  • Experience in analyzing key quality performance metrics, as well as implementing, and maintaining quality procedures and processes
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills, coupled with strong communication skills, to present evaluation recommendations to influence and engage others
  • Fully Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset
  • Preferred: Experience with Lean Six Sigma statistical analysis tools
