Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Service our existing members with their insurance policies
  • Answer any query about coverage or additional coverage
  • Quote and sell auto and property insurance to inbound policyholders
  • Follow procedures and Underwriting guidelines as part of the acquisition process
  • Assess customer needs and identify and make recommendations for additional P&C coverage
  • Achieve set targets for customer service, quality, etc.

What You Have

  • Post-secondary education completion preferred
  • Considerable experience in retail, customer service and/or call centre environment
  • Willingness to obtain OTL (Other Than Life) license
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Strong technical, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations

** OTL (Other Than Life) insurance license training will be provided by our in-house learning and development team who will teach you about the home and automobile products, and overall industry information in preparation to write the OTL exam.  A completed OTL exam a requirement for the job, and we will be training candidates in preparation to write the licensing exam. 

Must be flexible around call center hours

Monday - Thursday from 8:00AM to 8:00PM
Friday from 8:00AM- 6:00PM
Saturday (once a month) from 9:00AM- 4:30PM
