Position Details

Our team is currently seeking a highly motivated and career minded individual to join our Insurance team as a Manager Regional Insurance Solutions

 

What You Will Do

 

  • Motivate, develop, reward, recognize and inspire a team of highly skilled Insurance Professionals
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining Insurance sales and service plans
  • Responsible for the management and leadership of regional insurance associates through regional supervisors
  • Ensure effective communication by working effectively with internal and external partners
  • Responsible for the professional development of all regional insurance sales and service agents
  • Monitor the Supervisors performance and coach to desireable results
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with the Travel Store Managers within their assigned territory

 

What You Have

  • Post-Secondary education completed
  • General Insurance license
  • 5+ years of Insurance leadership experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
