Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Coaching, developing and motivating Service agents to ensure that they are meeting expectations against key performance indicators and achieving their career objectives
  • Deliver on profitable growth through a commitment to providing protection through customized insurance solutions and an exceptional customer experience to members
  • Provide immediate and ongoing feedback and mentoring to employees regarding their performance and development
  • Participate in Insurance business planning as well recruitment and workforce planning
  • Assist with projects and initiatives to help meet the organizations strategic goals
  • Manage, analyze and optimize revenue, retention, underwriting goals and customer experience quality levels results
  • Support an environment that encourages high performance, high engagement and career growth
  • Lead staff meetings to review department and corporate results
  • Implement new policies and procedures, and conducting regular ensure compliance with all company underwriting guidelines
  • Work with business partners to help achieve organizational objectives

 

Who You Are

  • Must have OTL (Other Than life) license
  • Post-secondary education in Insurance of business-related field preferred
  • 2 – 4 years of supervisory experienced required along with 2 -4 years Insurance experience
  • Effective business decision making attributes
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, project management and planning skills are essential
  • Demonstrated high performance in Insurance Sales/Service role/function
  • Superb leadership abilities to maximize team performance and organizational success
