Position Details

What You Will Do 

• Influence and shape operational direction among cross-functional teams in the problem-definition and resolution process.
• Lead operational initiatives with governance, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory guidelines.
• Establish and uphold a framework to identify and address sources of complexity in business processes, striving towards continuous process improvement.
• Build strong networks to identify opportunities to get involved in projects that others are leading across the various Orion support areas.
• Establish and foster communication with vendors and distribution partners.
• Participate or lead business in negotiations with existing and new technology suppliers and partners.
• Provide development, leadership, guidance and mentoring of Insurance Business Consultants and Business Solutions Analysts.

will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well
as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the
range are encouraged to apply.

Who You Are 

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration and IT Technology Management
• 5+ years in an insurance environment, preferably in a technology or business analyst role
• Work experience in leading teams
• Proven ability to achieve results
• Strong Project Management Experience
