Position Details

 

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate with the lines of business to ensure effective roll out of products and services to frontline
  • Intranet maintenance (uploading resources and reference materials, e.g. rate tables, questionnaires, policies guides)
  • Assist in developing and maintaining documents such as, policies, certificates of insurance, underwriting and product guidelines, FAQs
  • Perform rate validations, product rule reviews, and other QA activities supporting product launches
  • Provide product knowledge to other departments and business partners as per the product and underwriting guidelines
  • Maintain task lists related to project plans for the Product Team and Underwriting

 

What You Have

  • Post-secondary education in related field is required

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Product Development, Underwriting, Claims or relevant Travel industry experience 

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work on several projects concurrently

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Travel Insurance experience and Insurance designation would be considered as assets

  • Bilingual in French would be considered an asset
