Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Respond to and direct enquiries from clients, Brokers, Insurance Companies and internal staff
  • Provide instructions on how to proceed with claims administrative functions / workflows
  • Triage and direct emails and callers to the appropriate stakeholders for handling
  • Liaise with multiple departments across the Department & Enterprise
  • Support Phone Queues and other teams when deemed necessary
  • Log complaint escalations and accolades received via the enquiry queue and report to the appropriate team
  • Receive daily, weekly and monthly reports and workflows from various stakeholders and process transactions accordingly
  • Provide oversight support for semi-automated functions
  • Perform additional administrative duties and assignments as deemed appropriate by management

Salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are

  • High School education completed in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year in a related administrative role; preferably in the Financial and/or Insurance sector
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, & customer service skills
  • Excellent organization skills with an ability to prioritize
  • Detail and process driven mindset
  • Strong ability to analyze and problem-solve
  • Proficient using MS Office Suite
