Position Details
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in quantitative field, or Insurance
- 5 years related experience.
- Knowledge of P&C insurance and regulatory environment
- Ability to plan, organize and manage several projects at one time.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts in simple manner.
- CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) Designation preferred.

Position details:
- Act as project leader and monitor execution of project activities to meet implementation schedules while maintaining detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the development, implementation, and continued improvement of auto insurance products.
- Coordinate and assist in the end-to-end implementation deliverables for approved auto product initiatives.
- Collaborate with Underwriting departments for developing and updating guidelines, providing recommendations and interpretation.
- Participate in the development of auto products, policy wording/insurance materials, distribution channels and marketing plans.
- Act as SME in Insurance products and services primarily for the auto lines of business, acting as key point of contact.
- Research and identify opportunities to increase awareness of products/services, including participation in industry events.
- Develop and maintain product management monitoring/reporting tools on an on-going basis and provide results to the relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive research, gather market intelligence materials, and analyze industry trends as they relate to P&C Insurance products.
