Position Details

What You Will Do 

The Quality Assurance Analyst, Auto Claim will be responsible for the completion of operational reviews of claims files. This role will enhance customer experience through quality assurance feedback and reporting, conduct call quality reviews of claim files that focus on identifying and interpreting trends in compliance, identify areas of concern, support performance and recommend process improvement and training to Claims management team. This position may will also include supporting the Quality Assurance Specialists, Auto Claims in special projects, quality reporting and other assigned duties. This role is an agent of change and continuous improvement, thinking creatively to identify issues and resolve challenges. The ideal candidate is professional with a wide range of industry experience, a team player and is passionate about process improvement.

Who You Are 

  • Post-secondary education completed in a related field
  • CIP/FCIP designation or working towards completion is preferred
  • 3-5 years of Claims handing experience in Auto Claims
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory compliance and claims workflows and procedures
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills sufficient to present results, analysis and materials involving detailed descriptions and explanations
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to effectively prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple activities with varying complexity with minimal supervision, meeting demanding deadlines and produce high quality work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to deal with a variety of internal clients
  • Strong ability to quickly and accurately review claims for audit requirements
  • Exceptional team player yet capable of operating independently
