Position Details

As the Clerical – Unit Manager, you will oversee a team of FNOL Associates responsible for a wide variety of administrative processes supporting critical Department workflows. 

What You Will Do 

  • Lead, manage and develop the FNOL team to maximize performance and efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, both internally and externally
  • Recommend continuous improvement ideas and value added initiative to Claims
  • Coordinate resources and participate in projects and system testing as needed
  • Provide coaching for administrative processes and develop new workflows as needed
  • Ensure adherence to Regulatory requirements including transaction input and coding
  • Conduct feedback discussions with associates for performance & development

Who You Are

  • Post-secondary education completed in a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of claims customer service or FNOL call center experience or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of property and casualty insurance operational departments 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have excellent judgment and strong problem-solving skills
  • Possess exceptional organizational skills and an ability to prioritize workloads
