Position Details
What you will do:
- Work in conjunction with the independent adjuster to provide excellent service
- Analyze the independent adjuster's reports and give him/her the necessary instructions to complete the processing of the claim.
- Control reserves properly and make payments
- Present and report major losses
- Organizational skills
- Good investigative skills
Who you are:
- College diploma
- Claims adjuster's license in personal lines and commercial lines
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in claims
- CIP or FCIP designation or in the process of obtaining it is an asset
- The incumbent must be bilingual (French and English), as he/she will be required to communicate with colleagues and customers in other provinces.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task in positions of increasing responsibility across insurance product lines.
